What is a change?
Swapping text or photos, or updating contact details or opening times. Anything up to 30 minutes. Bigger jobs, like a new page, are quoted first.
Does the hour roll over?
No. Monthly updates give you up to 1 hour a month. It does not build up.
What if I don’t pay for hosting?
The site goes offline. We can put it back once hosting is paid.
How do I pay?
Securely online by card through Stripe.
Can I cancel monthly hosting?
Monthly hosting has a 12 month minimum. After that you can stop by emailing us before your next payment date.
