This comes up a lot, usually from people who’ve been burned before, or heard about someone who was. Fair question. Here’s exactly how it works with Toflin, no vague answer.
Nothing goes live without you seeing it first
Every post is sent to you before it’s published. You can say yes, ask for a change, or tell me to scrap it entirely. Nothing goes out under your business name that you haven’t approved.
If the wording’s wrong
Tell me what’s off and I’ll rewrite it. Maybe the price has changed, maybe you don’t like a word I’ve used, maybe it just doesn’t sound like you. That’s an easy fix and a normal part of the job, not an awkward conversation.
If the photo’s wrong
Same thing. Send a different one, or tell me which job you’d rather I used instead. The whole point is that it’s your work, not a stock photo, so you should be happy with what’s picked.
If you just don’t want it posted
That’s fine too. Not every draft has to go out. Some weeks there isn’t a photo worth posting, and that’s a better outcome than posting something average just to hit a number.
What you’re not signing up for
- A page that posts things you haven’t seen
- Content with stock photos of someone else’s work
- A tone that doesn’t sound like you
- Pressure to post something every single day regardless of whether it’s any good
The short version: it’s your business and your name on it. I write and schedule it, you stay in control of what actually goes out.
Quick answers
Do I see posts before they go live?
Yes, every time. Nothing is published without your approval.
Can I ask for changes to a post?
Yes, as many times as you need. It’s not right until you’re happy with it.
What if I’m too busy to check posts that week?
Tell me and I’ll hold off until you’ve had a look, or we can agree a default of posting as planned unless you flag it.
